Booking & Policies

Payment & Cancellation

Payment Schedule

25% of the total is due at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due 5 days before arrival. No security deposit is required.

Cancellation Policy

100% of paid prepayments are refundable when canceled 5 days before arrival or earlier. Cancellations made after that point are non-refundable.

Room for the Whole Group

Four bedrooms plus a sofa bed comfortably sleep up to 12 guests.

House Rules

Keeping it great for everyone

You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect.

Checking In & Out

  • Check-in after 3:00 PM
  • Checkout before 10:00 AM
  • Self check-in with smart lock

Early check-in or late checkout available for an additional $40, based on availability. Just ask.

During Your Stay

  • 12 guests maximum
  • Quiet hours 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • No pets
  • No parties or events
  • No smoking
  • No commercial photography

A few quick & friendly reminders

  • Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
  • Parking is limited to the driveway only, with a maximum of 6 vehicles. Street parking is not permitted.
  • This is a No-Pets and No-Parties-or-Events property.
  • All guests must be 25 years of age or older to book and stay at the property, with the exception of children accompanied by an adult. Government-issued ID is required for all adult guests.
  • A signed rental agreement is required before check-in.

These policies are strictly enforced. Violations may result in immediate termination of the reservation with the possibility of additional charges.
